Yo-Chi is a creative and educational programme for children combining Seasonal Yoga, Tai-Chi and Mindfulness.

The Yo-Chi Programme is run in schools,hospices, charities and AS holiday clubs  

Why Yo-Chi ?

We are receiving powerful feedback from children, teachers and parents about the impact of Yo-Chi and there is now a wealth of evidence supporting the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in young children. Cultivating this mind-body awareness early, encourages children to take responsibility for their health and for their future.

Powerful Results

Over the last 5 years, we have evaluated our programme all the way. We regular assess children that take part in Yo-Chi regularly alongside their parents and teachers

* ‘Children who practice Yo-Chi regularly show an increasing in body awareness, balance skills and flexibility’

* ‘Our research shows that children taking part in our programme are making healthier choices about the food they eat’

* ‘Many have started to use the mindfulness and breathwork tools to help them sleep and as a tool to manage anxiety’
