At Yo-Chi, we believe every child deserves tools to grow into a calm, confident, and connected individual. That’s why we’ve created a unique programme blending Seasonal Yoga, Qigong and Mindfulness—delivered through imaginative stories, drama, movement, and seasonal learning.

Through playful learning and guided reflection, Yo-Chi helps children:

We work with schools, family centres, hospitals, and community groups to ensure every child regardless of background has access to these lifelong wellbeing tools.

Founded with the mission to reconnect children with nature and their own inner rhythms, Yo-Chi addresses today’s most pressing childhood challenges: rising anxiety, overuse of technology, and disconnection from self and others.
